Unique Fine Fabrics Import Inc & Trax Drapery Hardware Minimum Advertised Price Policy

Effective January 1, 2024, Unique Fine Fabrics and Trax Drapery Hardware is adopting a minimum advertised price policy for online advertising (“MAP”) for sales in Canada and the Unique States.  The policy will help guide authorized dealers to supply end-user customers with Unique Fine Fabrics and Trax Drapery Hardware products.

All Unique Fine Fabrics and Trax Drapery Hardware dealers will be required to adhere to the terms of the MAP policy set forth herein.      

All authorized dealers, as well as downstream resellers, shall not advertise any Unique Fine Fabrics and/or Trax Drapery Hardware products in either Canada or United States for less than double of the current wholesale price.  The policy applies to any advertising, announcements, or description of prices in any form, including but not limited to online websites, online advertising, print media and social media. 

All authorized dealers must ensure that resellers to which they sell Unique Fine Fabric and Trax Drapery Hardware also adhere to the MAP policy.

Unique Fine Fabrics and Trax Drapery Hardware will monitor compliance to the MAP policy, adherence to the MAP policy by Unique Fine Fabrics and Trax Drapery Hardware authorized dealers and downstream resellers is mandatory. 

Unique Fine Fabrics and Trax Drapery Hardware will in its sole discretion decide what action to take, including termination of authorized dealer status.
