Unfortunately, recent developments in international trade have led to new tariffs being imposed, significantly impacting our cost structure in ways beyond our control. Consequently, beginning May 1st, 2025, we must implement a tariff-related surcharge on products sourced from China, Taiwan, India, and Turkey. This surcharge will be clearly itemized on your invoices to ensure complete transparency and apply to all shipments into the United States.
The tariff surcharge rates, which will vary by country of origin, are as follows:
Regrettably, these tariff increases also mean that we can no longer continue offering the previously available 30% discount on Somfy motors, remotes and hubs, effective May 1st, 2025.
Country of origin and up to date tariff surcharges can be found for each item on the product detail page on our dealer website starting May 1st, 2025.
Important notes regarding this surcharge:
•Existing orders confirmed before May 1st, 2025, will not be impacted. •Existing quotes will be honored without surcharge through April 30th, 2025.
